We value the contribution, effort and loyalty of our employees and operate a discretionary birthday leave policy, which allows employees to take one day off each year to relax and celebrate their birthday. Employees are eligible after completing one years’ service.
Every ten years employees are entitled to an extra two weeks holiday which we encourage them to tag on to their existing holiday to take an extended and complete break from work. For example, in the past, some of our employees have used this time to fulfil lifelong ambitions such as visiting family in long distance countries.
We encourage our employees to increase their skills and knowledge where required to enable them to carry out their jobs effectively. We also offer career development opportunities wherever we can.
We want our employees to continuously learn in a high-performance environment and as a result, we offer a variety of growth opportunities for employees, with succession planning constantly in mind.
